"3M Bonding & Joining Tech Day" is a prestigious event addressed to the most important clients of 3M in Poland. It was an opportunity to deepen cooperation and present the directions of development and innovation in the 3M portfolio. 3M is a supplier of tapes, adhesives and foils for Bimax Sp. z o. o. A decisive market leader with knowledge and readiness to solve the problems our clients face. Joining and gluing technologies are complementary to our flagship printing, processing and cutting services. However, we know perfectly well that they can cause a lot of hiccups connected to specific application conditions, design requirements, joining surfaces, etc. “We focus on branded suppliers and the best solutions. Thanks to this strategy, I am conquering new markets and demanding industries. Our knowledge and experience are the gateway to implementing complex projects,” says Michal Drobek, technologist. “Customers who use our solutions have been with us for many years. We always operate on the principles of dialogue, understanding and continuous development” he adds.

‘Mr Bink’ We are currently working on introducing a new cartoon character to our marketing communication, which will soon become a permanent feature of our PRINT & POSM world. The etymology of the name of this happy little man is a combination of the name of our company – ‘B’ for Bimax and ‘ink’ - for printing ink and we feel he fully reflects the nature of our organisation. The result is what our employees and customers have decided upon, as the final character was chosen in a voting forum from three proposals presented by employees of the graphic department. We would like to thank Barbara Pavinska, the creator of the project.

We always strive to go one step further in many aspects of our company's approach to business.  In addition to knowledge and experience, which are crucial, we offer something much more - an excellent working atmosphere in joint business ventures. As you may agree, one of the best ways to begin any day is in the partaking of a lovely cup of freshly-brewed coffee, which is the perfect start in anyone's book. With this thought – and the aroma of a good coffee in mind, the Bimax team have recently taken part in a coffee tasting 'get-together', ably assisted by a coffee afficianado and expert from a local professional coffee and tea emporium, Przystanek Krośnieńska. As the meeting progressed, the team were asked to select their favourite from a number of high-quality blends harvested and roasted in different countries. The overall winner was a blend of eighty percent Robusta and twenty percent Arabica beans in proportion, which offers a hint of dark chocolate and nuts to the palate. Our chosen BIMAX blend is of a medium roast, is high in caffeine strength, with a moderately intense aroma, balanced acidity and colour. The Arabica beans are imported from Brazil and the Robusta from India . Why do we actually need our own coffee? Well, we see it as an excuse to meet our customers, suppliers and company shareholders. Talking business is a pleasant pastime whilst indulging oneself in a good-tasting cup of coffee. The tasting event was a rewarding exercise and the participants took part with much eagerness and curiosity. The staff turnout was impressive, thanks to which we are sure that the flavour we chose by voting, best reflects our combined tastes and portrays the unique character of BIMAX.
